Manos Que Dan, Manos Que Reciben

This mural is installed at Catega Kocinare, a culinary school in Cuenca, Ecuador. Students all chose foods of cultural or personal significance to be shown in the hands, to show the importance of food and reciprocity in community. This was a part of a larger community education program.
